I have just taken delivery of the windows for a conservatory I'm building. I was expecting the welded cill would have reinforcing as the profile allows for this ( it's Rehau S706 ). Can anyone tell me if cill reinforcement is the norm. Note all roof loads will be taken down passing through the cill to the dwarf wall brickwork with baypoles/baypole jacks, so it's just the weight of the windows that will be resting on the Cill.

I would ask the company that supplied it if it needed reinforcing,if you fit it and it causes any damage you can refer back to the company stating your contact name at the company and explain the conversation you had with them about it.
