a man walks into a bar and orders a glass of mould - the barman says - why don't you stay at home, let your watertank explode, fan dry as best you can then grow your own ORANGE MOULD?

It sounds like you need a fungicidal treatment for those boards, and need to apply it ASAP!

That fungus isn't likely to go away on it's own, and the longer you leave it to grow the more damage it's going to do your boards; Have heard horror stories about fungal growths ending up costing home owners a lot of unnecessary expense because they didn't treat the problem early and ended up having to completely replace boards!
You'll probably want to do a little research to make sure you get a fungicide that's suitable for your problem, but as long as you get the right product and apply it liberally to all affected sites & their surroundings you should be fine. This will probably mean pulling up the boards so you can treat their whole surface, but, once again, the effort will hopefully save you a bunch of cash further down the line.

Be careful that any fungicide you buy is suitable to use within your home. You may want to consider wearing a mask and staying somewhere else for the night. Fungus can be bad for your health but the chemicals in the fungicide aren't exactly fairy liquid...

Yes, you should *always* read, & carefully follow, any safety instructions on these kind of products.
I doubt you'd have to go as far as leaving your home for the night though! Since we're talking about a conservatory it should be pretty easy to isolate it from the rest of the house (keep the connecting door closed) & ventilate the area well. With a painted on treatment, which is what I was thinking of, that should be sufficient safety measures in most cases, as it's most likely to be the treatment's solvents that you're gonna have to worry about breathing (still potentially nasty, but not as bad as solvent+fungicide).
Obviously if you're using some kind of spray on treatment then you probably want to at least be wearing a dust mask or similar. Once again the product container should tell you if this (or any other) saftey precautions are needed.

Well I have asthma so I may be a little over cautious when it comes to such things.

p.s HelpMYFungusDisaster! is the best user name ever.
