boiler/flue issues

Need some advice from those who know. What to do when the flue for the boiler is situated on the outside wall where you want your conservatory to go?? Advice so far includes 1.having to move the boiler (and flue), 2.moving the flue up above the conservatory roof, and 3.not sure coz it can't be within three feet of an open window! Furthermore, this is a new house (2years) do i need to get planning permission? ???

Re: boiler/flue issues

Hi
I would move the boiler if possible
Planning, call your local planning office and ask the question, if they say no, then ask for that in writing and put it with your deeds, it is important
