stange marks appearing on the plastered wall, which is not painted yet

hi,

regarding my conservatory. The plaster was drying out nicely until i noticed a big almost water like stain on the wall. It appeared that there were very fine white crystal like white dust around the stain/water mark. What could this be, not the beginnings of mould/damp I hope. There has been alot of condensation since it was erectet. This part of the wall is double with the neighbours wall behind it. We put insulation between the two. Did we put the right type though? it was the ordinary loft insulation the yellow stuff.

Hi
Can water get down the cavity between the two walls or is it sealled?
Was the wall plasterboarded or rendered?

Well it shouldn't have any water coming down the back as it is sealed with concrete and Bichamin paint. The other half of the back is single skin but that side appears o.k.

Hi
so you have no lead along the top and the other half is single skin, if I am reading right?
Where there is single skin, could you build a cavity on the other side or render it with water proofer in the render?
