Conservatory/sun room to first floor

We currently have a balcony area 3m by 7m which is above two bedrooms. We would like to turn this into a space we can use all year round. Does anyone have any experience?

We have built conservatories on the first floor, you will require an architect and maybe even a structural surveyor, you will require planning and Building Control Permission
