I am not getting into an argument with you over this. I am not a BLAGGER, OR AN EMPLOYEE OF UKF - I actually work in the MOTOR TRADE. FACT!!!! (for over 20 years) Never worked in any kitchen/bedroom fitting industry.

We all have our opinions, and I am not knocking yours, but please do not ACCUSE people of being things when you have not got 100% proof.

Thank you

Jo

youre welcome. the fact that you and a few others have posted in this old thread when NO other ukf threads have existed here for ages convinces me (and anyone with at least half a brain) that yourea blagger. i dont beleive in coincidence of that magnitude.
everywhere you look online about ukf, prior to a couple of weeks ago, all you find are complints and pi$$ed off customers then suddenly you and your partners in crime start posting all over the place about how great ukf are. lol pull the other one it really does have bells on it. you lot really must think joepublic is as dumb as you are.

Thumbs down ukf kitchens warrington

We ordered our kitchen from this firm in May 2007 and I am still waiting for parts that where ordered months ago, they are the only firm that have vanishing fitters and everyone blames everyone else. I feel that all they were interested in was getting thier money and passing the book. Hardly the proffessional customer service you would expect. We are now finishing the kitchen ourselves. I have never been so uinsatisfied with a company before and would strongly reccommend not to purchase from them. There are much better firms and reliable people than these guys. I have never seen these sites before but great for feedback, just wish I had known before to save all the grief we have had from a very bad judgment we made.

Poor Quality

I would not recommend UKF to anyone. In our experience the quality of the items delivered are very poor, damaged, dirty and important parts missing. UKF not returning calls, although I have now managed to make contact. The poorest service I have had from anyone, I think that MFI, B&Q, IKEA would have been loads better. Please avoid and save yourself the stress of spending loads of money on products which end up being nothing like the ones sold in the showrooms - which to clarify - items described and sold as 600mm deep (they are 560mm); will accomodate all built-in appliances (they don't); described as having end-panels which match the doors (they don't - you need to buy matching end panels elsewhere); bespoke units (they aren't because of the limited range of door sizes available).

ukf dont do it

we had a kitchen from ukf 6 years ago, now all the doors have bubbled and peeled, has any one else suffered this? they have been reluctant to contact us back but now tell us that the guarantee of 10 years does not apply to the doors, they are only guaranteed for 1 year! they have taken nearly £6000 off us and all we have to show for it is a kitchen which needs replacing! any comments?
