KBBC - Has anyone ever used them? heard about them?

I've never heard of this company and can't seem to find any feedback (complaints, praise, any comment at all....)

After poor experiences with other kitchen companies (Magnet, in particular) in the past, I'm now desperate for a new kitchen and equally desperate to get a company that won't sell me a heap of rubbish.

Any feedback anyone can give would be helpful.

Many thanks.

Hi, we looked at KBBC for your kitchen, but frankly were put off by them insisting they'd send a rep round.... no thanks!

We opted for National Kitchens in the end. NO salesman and we could order online, perfect

Thanks for that.

I'm still not sure if no news is good news though.

Hi there,

Have you heard anything further about KBBC? Or have you gone ahead with your order? I too have trawelled through dozens of forums and searched loads of websites to try to find out whether or not they are any good. It seems unusual that a company with such a huge amount of online advertising doesn't seem to have any reviews about it. The people on the phone seem excellent but I don't want to fall for that if the quality of their work isn't up to scratch.

I would give them a go, decent product. They have traded for a few years and seem to be quite professional. Remember there is nothing wrong with a salesperson comming round providing he/she is honest and has your best interests at heart. Without Salespeople the worlds economy would come to a standstill!

KBBC Aftersales is awful

I am sorry to say this after having a wonderful kitchen fitted in record time but the dishwasher handle fell off 3 months ago and my ECO bin makes the sound of fingernails going down a blackboard when you open the door. I have been unable to get a fitter to fix this because I live out of their area. I do not understand this as I live 1 mile from the nearest Junction of the M40??!!?
It is a shame because the pre-sales and fitting service were good but their after-sales service makes me with I had spent my £10000 elsewhere.

Cool KBBC Kitchens start of review

Hi there,

I am starting to use KBBC for the first time. I will keep you posted as to my progress.
So far i have had the sales guy come round, very nice chap, talked through the whole lot. I went witht the deal the moment i saw the quality of the doors, cupboards and the handles. They are solid and of good quality. A bit on the expensive side, but you can get a bit of a discount with the company.

I have yet to get it installed due to me having to finish the room where it will be fitted. If you are in that situation, beware they call you up all the time pushing for a delivery date. The sales people are great but the customer service people are in a foul mood everytime i speak to them. Not to say the jobs which i put to them dont get done, its just rather nice to have a happy person at the end of the line instead of someone forced into doing you a favour.

The delivery of my good takes place within the next two weeks, the installation the week following the delivery. As i said, i will keep you posted.

Cheers

Iain

kbbc

Dont touch KBBC with a bargepole!!!!!!!!!! I have just bought a kitchen from them, and was led to believe, by the rep, a lady who should have retired years ago, that my kitchen would be installed. Not so, I now have to find my own installer, and shell out even more money, to have it put in...........still, they got their money, and Grandma got her commission !!!!!!!!!
