cold and misty

Help.
In the summer we had 4 new windows installed by a fensa installer.
The rooms are now a few degrees colder and they mist up on the inside of the home.
the previous windows were of soft wood and secondary glazed.
There is more than adiqate ventilation in the bathroom and the kitchen.
The old windows were far more effective.
Warmer rooms and no misting.
I am not happy
I am currently writting to my installer.
But I think he will try to fob me off.
The building inspector has been very helpful and has offered to help.
PLEASE advice...........
