Pegasus Luxury Home Improvements
Hi all,
I had a 12 by 12 ft conservatory built by pegasus Luxury in 2005. The work was not as promised in their brochure as we had to badger them to CLEAN UP. Also in February of 2006 we had to call on them to repair the patio doors and loose roof panel, which was open to rain.
Lots of phone calls and e-mails....not as promised in web site /brochure.
2 years on, ( just as well there is a 10 year guarantee) we have another loose roof panel which a 2 inch gap,HOPE IT DOES NOT RAIN AGAIN.
Managed to speak to Director yesterday, and they said they would pass message to their maintenance crew but now next day and we have had NO phone call or date or time ............only a poor girl left in the office to take all the flack.
To me it does not feel like good customer care or putting customers first at all.
The website PRIDES itself on customer care....
Just wondererd what others think and how they dealt with it...or managed to get some sevice....
