I want to drill 4mm hole in double glaved sealled unit, not gassed, or vacuumed,to insert a special arial for a radio experiment. (fine wire)
The hole should be 40mm in from both side and bottom of the lower corner, it would be sealed on completion, and I ask if the glass can be drilled there, is there a specia; drill bit, lubricant, and more important, if the glass is toughened, is it safe to drill.
The unit has been in some 10 years.
