Hello there - can you advise on how to attach a picture to a post using the above option ?

For security reasons you cannot actually upload an image to this website - however you may "insert" an image by using INSERT IMAGE tab above and linking to the URL of an image uploaded elsewhere

In example below I inserted http://www.ask-questions.com/images/...ement_logo.gif (the URL of the logo for this page) between the img tags to create what you see
