Laminate Flooring

I bought laminate flooring that needs to be installed. What would be a fair price to pay? I am not sure, so guidance would be nice.

RE : Laminate Flooring

The most affordable price from a qualified flooring expert is the best! The going rate is about 2.75 SF if you have the materials. Try posting your project at Welcome To Project Ground for reputable contractors and competitive pricing. I found my flooring contractor from there.

Just a point......... as this is a nationwide forum prices for work can vary greatly. This does not only apply to laminate flooring. Even my daily rate for sub-contracting is different dependant on which area I am working in.

I live on the fringe of London so charge 15 pounds per M square to fit laminate flooring. with a minimum charge of 150 pounds.

Also as my name is on any work I do, there is certain makes of laminate that I would not fit for any amount of money......DIY superstore!

It will also depend on quality you buy. More expensive easy fit and long lasting products like pergo are quick to lay but expect to pay £10sqm
