Hi i hope someone can really help me. I got double glazing installed 3 years ago and am having problems with draught coming in through them, i can also hear the noise from outside coming in, The company that fitted the windows have shut down and i dont know where to turn for help.

If they are three years old and the company no longer exists im guessing you don't have a current guarantee? You could contact another company to see if they are repairable, though they will probably suggest that you need to have them replaced!
