Stone Chip repairs

I have discovered a stone chip in a double glazing pane in my large 6 panel bay window.

The window is made up of 6 aliminium double glazed units set in Spanish Mahogany

The chip appears to have pierced the outer pane (almost a pin prick)

Is a repair similar to reparing a stone chip in a car windscreen possible.I am reluctant to have a the complete panel replaced
