we have been given planning permission for a sort of t-shaped style conservatory 47 sqm in size. We want the roof to be glass and have 2 sets of double doors onto the garden with dwarf wall around the rest. We will also need large box gutters for a significant part of it. Anyone any ideas of approximate costs to supply and build this. I would appreciate even knowing average per sqm costs for the roof and the rest of the build. thanks

For supply and install you could be looking at between ?600 M2 at the bottom end of the market to ?900 M2 for the better quality
