DEBONAIR

I HAVE A DEBONAIR UNIT WHICH IS APPROX 3 WEEKS OLD IM NOW TRYING TO USE IT ON HEATING BUT ITS ONLY BLOWING COLD AIR,I HAVE NO ADDRESS FOR DEBONAIR AND CANNOT FIND A WEBSIT,THE UNIT WAS FITTED FROM NEW CAN ANYONE HELP OR DOES ANY ONE NO WHO THE MANUFACTOR IS,CAN NOT FIND ANYTHING IN THE PAPERWORK
