We have a south facing conservatory and are concerned about the quality of the glass roof. When it was quoted we were told the glass would be equivalent to other suppliers (75% heat reflection). The glass fitted has a 1.2 U value, but is only 23% heat relfective. The supplier assures us that this will keep the conservatory cool in summer. We are not convinced of this fact and do not know how to find out other than waiting for summer. Can anyone help?
