a basement conservatory

We are having plans drawn up for a basement conversion and want a conservatory attached at basement floor level to allow one room of daylight and maximise natural daylight within the rooms of the basement, there will have to be steps up out of the conservatory to reach the ground floor level. Has anyone any advice or has anyone actually had a basement conservatory at basement floor level and not with steps up to ground floor level?
