Both Quantal and Ultraframe roofs are of good quality and standards. What really matters is the quality of installation - an average roof system, fitted well will always be better than a so called great / better roof system badly installed - IMHO!
I'm in the market myself for a new conservatory and its almost certain one of these systems will be my final choice.
A friend of mine had the Ultraframe roof on his conservatory and while hes very happy he did complain that the roof rafter capings (which are made of PVCU) were hard to keep clean - he was surrounded by a lot of trees and the residue from them needed to be cleaned of constantly otherwise it was very difficult / almost impossible to get the stain of. As I understand it the Quantal System uses aluminium cappings externally and that I am assured is easier to keep clean? Also I feel the aluminium roof finials / crestings look more authentic than a PVCU alternative - even on a PVCU conservatory!
