Allowing a little for inflation and the higher spec now required since April
2002 its possible you would be paying 20% more than your neighbour. We have
known of some suppliers claiming they have had to increase their prices by
as much as 25% - but would say that 10 - 20% is an average increase.

By the way Laminated glass is generally more expensive than toughened glass. Not sure I understand what you mean by "roller marks" on toughened glass? Can't see why your supplier could not supply you with toughened glass of an acceptable standard.
