Infinity Kitchens

My advice is also to stay well away - my experience has been disastrous and am now left with a very expensive, incomplete kitchen and having to deal with Infinity's administrator and the excruciatingly unhelpful "customer service" people at Infinity. I want my kitchen sorted but I also want the people investigated and if necessary prosecuted. I think from my experience, there is evidence of trading while insolvent etc etc, misrepresentation etc and fraud. I have made an initial approach to the administrator asking for them to investigate whether criminal prosecutions should be brought against the directors of Infinity (who I understand from these blogs were the same directors of Infinity's insolvent predecessor Di Lusso). if these reports are true, there is a clear pattern of behaviour of reckless trading. I am contacting Watchdog and Consumer Standards as well. Probably won't help me financially but I am just so aghast by my personal experience and what I have read about them.

China Star, spill the beans please!
