Ice / white frost build up on outside of glazing

Have recently had a new double glazed upvc porch installed as I was fed up with the maintance for the wooden one. Its only been up a day and this morning I opened the front door into the porch to see the porch glazing panes top and bottom and side had a very thin layer of ice in the centre to about 3 inches away from the perimeter beading on the external / outside face! I also noted the UPVC frame also had evidence of a thin layer of ice.

The porch which is a two sided UPVC about 1Mtr x 1Mtr and approx 2Mtr high with a pitch tiled roof which is not insulated, (the garage wall makes up the fourth side). Glass is 28 thick 'K' type argon filled and the temperature last night reached approx -3C.

Can anyone advice what's happening and what I can do to elimate this.
