It's on the Screwfix kitchen fitters forum. I think the opinions there are fairly objective and the fitter in question lost work by warning his customer to be wary.
The reason the Kitchens Direct sales guy didn't give you a price is probably because he didn't believe you would make a decision that night. They're only interested in instant sales.
Have you not got a local independent kitchen showroom near you?
