I had rock solid kitchens at my home last night. A well priced offering, but the only samples the chap had were a few peices of granite worktop. Although on the whole plausible, the website concerns me because many of the navigations don't work and there is absolutely NOTHING about the company background, ethos etc present.

My consultation was quick (unlike the Kitchens Direct chap who drank my wine, stayed 4.5 hours and NEVER GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE), as I'm looking for a like for like kitchen. But never having bought a new kitchen (sad, deprived individual that I am), I'm really nervous.

Apart from the subjective tooings and frooings, can anyone offer any tangible positive or negative references on this company?
